Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Voš And Spše Campus Plzeň - Services Of The General Designer - Stage I. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Services Of The General Designer (Hereinafter Referred To As Gp) For The Construction Project Vos And Spše Campus Plzeň - Stage I. Stage I Includes The Following Buildings: 1.2. – Insulation Of School Pavilion Incl. Photovoltaics 3.1. – Replacement Of Roof Bracket And Insulation Of The Gym – Incl. Photovoltaics 3.2. – New Fitness 4.3. – Classroom Extension - Dining Facility Including Bister 0.3. – Accessibility 1.1. – Exterior Adjustments Of The Area – Space Between The Pavilions And The Dining Room 1.3. – Connecting Neck The Task Of The Gp Will Be To Prepare Subsequent Stages Of Project Documentation, I.E. Documentation For Planning Permission, Documentation For Building Construction, Which Will Also Be Documentation For Awarding Public Contracts (For Selecting A Construction Contractor) And Documentation For The Actual Execution Of The Building. The Project Documentation Will Be Prepared Separately For Each Individual Construction Of Stage I Mentioned Above, So That The Individual Constructions Can Be Realized Separately According To The Financial Possibilities Of The Client. Part Of The Scope Of Performance Is A Comprehensive Design Of A Suitable Campus Energy Management System (According To The Čsn En Iso 50001:2018 Standard) For The Above-Mentioned Set Of Projects, Which Will Enable The Gradual Expansion Of The System To The Entire Campus. Part Of The Scope Of Performance Also Includes The Provision Of: • Project Preparation – E.G. Evaluation Of Input Documents, Evaluation Of The Plan And Completion Of The Documents Needed To Fulfill The Contract, • Coordination Of Mutual Continuity Between The Projects Of Individual Buildings And Between Professions, • All Necessary Procurement Activities For Planning Permission For All The Above-Mentioned Buildings Of Stage I., • Provision Of Cooperation In The Selection Of Individual Suppliers Designed Buildings, • Supervision Of The Designer For All Parts Of The Subject Of Performance, • Provision Of Copyrights For All Parts Of The Subject Of Performance.
