The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Building Of The Humenné District Office Within The Scope Of The Processed Construction Project. As Part Of The Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Building, Work Will Be Carried Out To Improve The Thermal And Technical Properties Of The Building Structures Of The Building And Thereby Reduce Its Energy Consumption. Construction Work Will Be Carried Out In The Scope Of Insulation Of The Outer Shell With The Removal Of All Thermal Bridges, Insulation Of The Gable Roof And Tent Roof, Replacement Of Opening Structures, Insulation Of The Basement Ceiling And The Ceiling Of The Flat Roof Of The Observatory, Drainage Around The Building, Rehabilitation Of The Loggia And Balconies, Reconstruction Of The Dome Of The Observatory, Reconstruction Of The Heating System, Reconstruction Of Electrical Installation, Disassembly Existing And Retrofitting Of A New Lightning Rod, Construction Of Barrier-Free Entrance (Vertical Platform), Barrier-Free Toilet And Parking Space For Immobile People.
