Prequalifications are invited for Construction of Internal Road Network and Drainages for NOGAPS site located at Emeyal-1, Bayelsa State SUBMISSION OF PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit pre-qualification documents from each of the Lot desired; three (3) hard copies each of the technical bids packaged in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as PREQ; and addressed to The Manager, Procurement Department, Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board, Nigerian Content, Tower, Ox-Bow Lake, Swali, Yenegoa, Bayelsa State, Nigeria and clearly marked with the name of the project and the Lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box on the 12th Floor, NCDMB Tower Office, Swali, Ox-Bow Lake, Yenegoa not later than 12:00 noon on Monday, 30th December, 2024. 9. OPENING OF PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS The prequalification documents will be opened immediately after deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday 30th December, 2024, at the Nigerian Content Tower in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
