and making it smooth with sand paper by mechanical method i.e. with hand electric grinder then applying two coats of Acrylic distemper over one coat of primer including all as specified by mechanical method i.e. spray gun all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 39 M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying twocoats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces over and after applying wall care putty in two coats on wall surface and smoothening the surfcae with sand papers by Mechanical method (hand electric grinder) prepatory to paint all as directed and specified. 40 M&L for Roof treatment to RCC roof as follows:-(a) Cleaning the roof surfaces thoroughly using wire brusehes to remove sharp projections, cleaning joints, washing, drying and removing all dirt/dust to receive concrete padding/plaster etc. (b) Providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) with WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (c) Providing one coat of approved bituminous primer @100 gms per sqm, over dried plastered surface. (d) Laying 3 mm thick APP membrane,(mineral finish) reinforced with non woven polyster fabric, by torch application.
