Tenders are invited for Outsourcing of Manpower for the PIU of Accelerating Transport and Trade Connectivity in Eastern South Asia (ACCESS)-Bangladesh Phase 1: (BLPA Component). Eligibility of Tenderer: The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be three (3) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of at least ONE contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology (non-consulting service of outsourcing manpower) completed over a period of three (3) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper with a value of at least of Tk. 40.00 lakh (Taka forty lakh) shall be required from Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body/ Statutory organization The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk. 27.00 lakh (Taka twenty seven lakh) over the best three (3) years of the last five (5) years.
