The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works Related To The Repair, Maintenance And Painting Of Small Architectural Devices (Wooden Covers For Lawns, Benches, Fences, Handrails, Etc.), Rearrangement Of Benches, Lawns, Waste Bins, Renovation Of Pedestrian Paths And Stairs In Urban Green Areas And Municipal Property –– Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Works Will Be Carried Out In The City Of Zielona Góra On Municipal Property - Some Of Them Within Green Areas. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 Entitled Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works.2. The Selected Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party, Before Signing The Contract, A Copy Of The Current Civil Liability Insurance Policy To The Extent Consistent With § 7 Of The Contract Template. 4. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Work Performed For A Minimum Period Of 2 Years (24 Months) And A Warranty Covering The Warranty Period. The Warranty Period Starts The Next Day From The Date Of Receipt Of The Partial Task. Note: The Warranty Extension Period Is Subject To Scoring In Accordance With The Offer Evaluation Criteria Specified In Point 20.2.2) Of Swz.5. Response Time - Maximum 36 Hours From Reporting The Need To Perform The Work. Note: Shortening The Response Time Is Subject To Scoring In Accordance With The Offer Evaluation Criteria Specified In Point 20.2.3) Swz.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law. 7. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order, Consisting Of Repair, Maintenance, Painting, Rearrangement Of Small Architectural Devices And Renovation Of Pedestrian Routes And Stairs.8. The Selected Contractor Must Submit A Declaration Of Employment Of Employees Under An Employment Contract Before Signing The Contract. Information On Control Rights And Sanctions For Failure To Comply With The Above. Requirements Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.9. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify Additional Requirements Related To The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. 10. The Selected Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Regarding Electromobility Referred To In Point 24 Of The Swz.
