Quotation are invited for Consultant for Capacity Strengthening Training partners on organizational systems for the MFA project Closing Date: Monday, 16. Dec 2024 Intervention Sector(s): Development WAR CHILD is soliciting offers from potential aplicant for Consultancy as per attached TOR. How to apply For intrested applicants/consultant please send the RFQ and proposals to the following email: hiba.kassem@warchild.net on or before: 16-December-2024. The consultant will be responsible for assessing, delivering/supporting practical, interactive training to equip participants with the necessary skills and set up the internal follow up process. Specific tasks include: 1. Conduct a mini-assessment in the specific subject area for each organization to jointly with the organization identify skill gaps and tailor the training accordingly. 2. Present the gap of each organization (per key subject area). 3. Develop training materials/ modules in the respective needed subject areas. 4. Conduct training sessions in the specified subject areas to the in-country partner staff (Management, Technical staff and Support staff). 5. Evaluate training effectiveness through pre- and post-tests conducted to participants and produce a training and competence details report along with the recommendations and next step . 6. Develop action plan for each in-country partner to implement the learned skills, align the policies and follow up to monitor themselves/jointly with War Child the progress. 7.
