Welfare Services For Children And Young People - Contracting Of Social Services For A Number Of 12 Children/Young People With Special Protection Measures, Housed In Residential Centers - Family-Type Houses - Lot 6. In Order To Achieve The General Objective Of The Strategy For The Development Of Social Services In Arad County 2021-2030, Respectively - The Provision Of Quality Social Services - Regardless Of The Beneficiaries, With Concrete Reference In Our Case To Children/Young People For Whom The Special Protection Measure Has Been Established Of Placement In A Residential Center - Family-Type House, Arad County Council Through The Social Services Contracting Department Within The Corporate Governance, State Aid And Transport Service, On The Basis Of The Powers Vested In Him According To The Provisions Of Art. 112 Para. (3) Lit. P And Art. 113 Para. (1) From Law No. 292/2011 Of Social Assistance, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, At The Proposal Of The General Directorate Of Social Assistance And Child Protection Of Arad, According To Address No. 24593/25.10.2024, The Purchase Of Social Services For The 12 Children/Young People Who In Currently Benefits From Social Services, Based On A Social Services Contract Concluded With A Private Social Services Provider Whose Validity Ends On The Date Of 13.04.2025. The Objective Need Is To Be Satisfied Through The Acquisition Of Social Services Under The Law For Children/Young People In Difficulty Who Need The Establishment Of A Protective Measure According To Law 272/2004, On The Protection And Promotion Of Childrens Rights, With Subsequent Amendments. The Measures For The Special Protection Of The Child Are Established According To The Law And Are Applied Based On The Individualized Protection Plan, Which Provides For Placement In A Residential Service Licensed Under The Law (Of The Family Home Type). The Family-Type Home Is The Home That Covers The Essential Needs Of Rest (Accommodation), Food Preparation, Education And Hygiene, Ensuring The Minimum Requirements For A Maximum Number Of 12 Children, For Which The Placement Measure Has Been Established, Under The Law. The Measure Of Placement Is Established By The Child Protection Commission, In The Situation Where There Is The Consent Of The Parents And, When There Is No Consent Of The Parents Or, As The Case May Be, Of One Of The Parents, For The Institution Of This Measure, The Measure Of Placement Is Established By The Court, At The Request Of The General Directorate Of Social Assistance And Child Protection. Services For Children/Young People Are Offered Based On The Individualized Protection Plan Which Provides For The Establishment Of The Protection Measure - Placement In A Residential Service.
