The Renovation Of The Auditorium, Foyers, Vestibules, Sanitary Facilities And Toilets Includes Replacement Of The Electrical Network, Installation Of Fire Alarms, Replacement Of The Hvac Network, Replacement Of The Plumbing Network, Replacement Of The Electroacoustics And Sound System. The Category Of The Site, According To The Nomenclature Of Construction Types, Is The Fourth Category. The Specific Construction And Installation Activities Are Described In Detail In Terms Of Type And Quantities In The Technical Specification. At The Time Of The Announcement Of This Public Procurement, Funding Has Not Been Secured And The Implementation Of The Activities Will Begin When Funding Is Secured. In This Sense, The Contract Has Deferred Execution. In The Event That The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide Financing For The Present Public Procurement, Each Of The Parties To The Contract May Request Its Termination After The Expiry Of A Three-Month Period From Its Conclusion, According To Art. 114, Paragraph 3 Of The Civil Code. If After The Expiration Of A 10-Month Period From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Has Not Been Secured, The Contract Is Considered Terminated, According To Art. 114, Para. 4 Of The Civil Code.
