Dust Collector Preventative Maintenance Contract - Nb . This Procurement Is Subject To The Provisions Of The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, The Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic And Trade Agreement, The Agreement On Government Procurement Under The World Trade Organization And The Comprehensive And Progressive Agreement For Trans-Pacific Partnership. Where It Is Deemed Practicable And In The Best Interest Of The Province A Contract May Be Awarded To More Than One Supplier For The Same Item Or Group Of Items.
