Hiring Of One (1) Financial Specialist Of The Program Execution Unit (Uep)” (Loan No. 5878/Bl-Hoprograma Support For Labor Insertion In Honduras)The Inter-American Development Bank (Idb), And The Government Of The Republic From Honduras Specifically, The Ministry Of Finance, Signed The Non-Loan Loan Contract 5878/Bl-Ho To The Republic Of Honduras Support Program For The Labor Insertion In Honduras, The Executing Agency Being The Secretary Of State In The Office Of Labor And Social Security (Setrass), In This Sense, Part Of The Funds Of This Financing Will Be Used To Make Eligible Payments That Are Carried Out Under The Individual Consulting Of One (1) Financial Specialist Of The Support Program For Labor Insertion In Honduras (Loan 5878/Bl-Ho To The Republic Of Honduras Support Program For Labor Insertion In Honduras), Whose General Objective Of The Responsible For The Financial Administrative Management Of The Program Funds, Guaranteeing The Transparent Use And Management Of Resources To Achieve The Objectives , Ensuring An Adequate Internal Control System. It Will Have Exclusive Dedication To The Program, Guaranteeing That Compliance With The Financial-Accounting Commitments Of The Project Is Carried Out, In Accordance With What Is Established By The Idb, Times And Forms Established In The Project Operating Regulations (Rop), The Standards And Policies Of The Bank, As Well As Laws And Public Regulations. The Financial-Accounting Specialist Will Be In Charge Of Designing And Maintaining A Financial-Accounting Administration And Control System For The Execution Of The Project, As Well As Control Of The Activities And Procedures. Likewise, In Conjunction With The Administrator Of Each Contract, It Will Monitor Compliance With The Requirements That The Products, Goods Or Services Must Meet To Make The Respective Payments.
