Tenders are invited for Registration of Maintenance and Service Contractors for the Internal Telephone System (Mitell) of the Medical Supplies Division for the Year 2024/2025 Non- refundable Bid Fee (Rs.) 1,000.00 Refundable Bid Security (Rs.) 20,000/- 03. To obtain the relevant bid documents, the receipt received from the Shroffs branch of the Medical Supplies Division on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000.00, drawn in favour of the Director of Medical Supplies Division. II. Should also submit the receipt received from the Shroff Section of the Medical Supplies Division on payment of an amount of Rs. 20,000.00, drawn in favour of the Director of Medical Supplies, as the refundable Security. 04. Bids completed in two copies as the original and duplicate could either be sent by registered post addressed to Director, Medical Supplies Division, No. 357, Ven. Baddegama Wimalawansa Thero Mawatha, Colombo 10, or delivered personally to be received at or before 2.00 p.m. on 02.01.2025.
