Misc. Civil Works At 33 Kv S/S Kasbathana.- Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level. :1:4:8 (1) cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). (B/3.1.6) P&L in position CC including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level: 1:2:4 M15 grade nominal mix (Icement: 2coarse sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). (B/3.1.2) Providing and laying of paver block as per IS 15658: 2006 (Indian standard for precast concrete block for paving- specification) and IRC SP:63-2004 (guidelines for the use of interlocking concrete block pavement) (a)M-40,80mm thick to be used in medium traffic ( Medium traffic is defined as a daily traffic of 150-450 commercial vehicles exceeding 30 KN laden weight, or an equivalent of 0.5 to 2.0 MSA for a design life of 20 years.) like city streets, small and medium market roads, low volume roads, utility cuts on arterial roads, etc. (b)Category 'B' Denated only two side like I,Z,T shape etc. as per IRC SP 63:2004 (c) Add extra over item No. 11.38, A to C if reflective paver block, manufactured with wet cast vibration system in two layers is used. (d) Add extra over rates of item No. 11.38, A to C if colored paver blocks are used. (B/11.38.3(B)+11.39+11.40) Construction of tube well after completion of drilling by rotary/percussion method & upto 100mtr depth in all type of rocks by DTH system as per IS:2800 Part-1 1991 and IS:2800 Part-Il 1979(both amended upto date) and technical specifications. The work shall be deemed completed only after obtaining sand free water. The bore well should have a throughout nominal size bore beyond casing pipe. (A) Nominal bore 200mm dia.. (P/2.3.2) (B) Nominal bore 150mm dia. (P/2.3.1) Add 15% extra on above item(item no. 2.3.1 to 2.3.3) for drilling depth beyond 100mtr and upto 200mtr from ground level, rate shall be applicable for only extra depth beyond 100 mtr and upto 200 mtr. (P/2.3.4) Add 30% extra on above item(item no. 2.3.1 to 2.3.3) for drilling depth beyond 200mtr and from ground level, rate shall be applicable for only extra depth beyond 200 mtr. (P/2.3.5) Supply of ERW M.S. black casing pipe ISI marked (IS: 4270/2001) or amended upto date of following sizes. 200mm dia NB (thickness of pipe 5.4mm & mass of tube 28.46 kg/m). (P/2.11.2) 31.00 S&F tube well cover of MS sheet 8mm thick at top & 5mm thick 100mm wide shroud around the edge so as to form a cap on the top end of casing pipe with Gl Nipple 45cm long & two Gl flanges at both ends in 80mm sizes passing through a hole in the centre of MS sheet. A 25mm socket with end plug shall also be welded over top plate. A GI nipple having outside thread of size 1/2" (for installation pressure gauge) shall be provided & welded with 80mm Gl nipple near top plate nipple shall be provided with end plug. 200mm. (P/2.23.3) S&F of ISI marked three core PVC flat submersible cable as per IS 694:1990 or amended upto date and conductor as per class 5 of IS 8130:1980 including making connection etc. 3 core 6.0 Sq.mm (P/2.19.2) Providing & lowering in tube well ISI marked HDPE pipe as per IS 4984:1995 or amended upto date in PE 80 grade and class PN10 of following dia. including HDPI/GI fittings and PVC rope confirming to IS 5175:1992 or amended upto date, along with clamping of submersible cable etc. complete in all respect.40mm (P/2.25.1) S&F MS clamp set of 50x6mm flat from Iron with nuts & bolts etc. for holding the riser pipes assembly of submersible pump set. (P/2.22) Earthwork in filling of excavated earth except back cotton Soil With watering, and Compaction of Spreaded earth in 15-30 cm layers, levelled and neatly dressed as Per requirement of site and direction of engineer in charge, work includes cost of earth with taxes, loading, unloading, transporation, labour, water and T&P etc. Complete with all lead and lift.
