The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services In The Period From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025 For Clients Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Gubin, In Their Place Of Residence. Care Services Will Be Provided By The Contractors Employees On All Days Of The Week, I.E. On Working Days , Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. Or In The Afternoon Depending On Needs Customer. Expected Number Of Hours And People Covered By Care. Care Services: A) Approx. 24,100 Hours Per Year, B) Expected Number Of People Covered By Services - Approx. 70. Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Anticipates The Possibility Of Increasing Or Reducing The Number Of Hours And People Covered By Care, In Depending On Actual Needs. Duration Of Services: Care Services Are Expected To Be Provided For One Person For An Average Of Two Hours A Day. One Hour Of Service Equals 1 Clock Hour, I.E. 60 Minutes. The Concept Of The Number Of Hours Of Services Provided Should Be Understood Only As The Actual Time Of Providing Services Without Preparatory Activities, I.E. Without The Time Needed To Arrive Or Arrive. The Hours And Method Of Providing Services Will Be Determined And Adapted To The Individual Needs Of People Under Care, Based On A Decision Issued By The Ordering Party. After Individual Arrangements, The Contractor Will Develop A Schedule For The Provision Of Services. The Scope Of Care Services Includes In Particular: 1) Assistance In Maintaining The Clients Personal Hygiene (E.G. Assistance With Washing, Dressing), 2) Changing Underwear And Bed Linen, Sending The Bed, 3) Keeping It Clean Personal Underwear And Bed Linen For The Client, 4) Assistance In Meeting Physiological Needs - Assistance In Getting To The Toilet, 5) Changing The Position Of A Bedridden Patient In Bed In Order To Prevent Bedsores And Sores,6) Care Recommended By A Doctor - Administering Medications, Compresses, Rubbing,7) Shopping For Food And Industrial Products,8) Preparing A Meal Or Helping In Its Preparation: Feeding The Patient,9) Burning In The Stove, Delivering Coal And Wood To The Clients Apartment ,10) Keeping Rooms Used By The Client Clean,11) Keeping Sanitary Equipment And Facilities Clean,12) Ordering Doctors Visits, Filling Prescriptions,13) Handling Official Matters,14) Cooperating With Other Institutions And Organizations Established To Care For The Sick At Home.15) Organizing Walks, 16) Organizing Neighborhood Contacts,17) Maintaining Individual Interests And Helping In Meeting Spiritual Needs, 18) Keeping An Expense Report And Settling Accounts With The Client For The Money Spent By The Person Providing Care Services.
