Business Services: Law, Marketing, Consulting, Recruitment, Printing And Security – Selection Notice Open Competitive Procedure For The Selection Of A Body Responsible For The Execution Of The Agricultural Products Information And Promotion Program (Eu Reg 1144/2014), Called Quali -Eu .. The Tender Notice Concerns The Selection Of An Implementing Body Responsible For Carrying Out The Actions Aimed At Achieving The Objectives Set Within The Information And Promotion Program Which Will Be Presented Pursuant To Eu Regulation No. 1144/2014 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Call 2024 And Which Will Take Place In The Following Target Countries: Usa, Canada And Japan; And Will Concern European Quality Extra Virgin Oils. Work Packages And Activities That Will Be Carried Out: Wp 2 Public Relations; Wp 3 Website, Social Media; Wp 4 Online Advertising; Wp 5 Communication Tools; Wp 6 Events; Wp7 Promotions Taken Out Points Of Sale. The Implementing Body Will Therefore Have To Ensure: The Development Of The Work Packages That Make Up The Three-Year Programme, Starting From The Signing Of The Contract Between The Contracting Body And The Implementing Body; The Operational Activation Of The Promotional Actions And Activities Planned For The Period Established By The Programme, On The Basis Of The Objectives Set By The Communication Strategy, Also Through Constant Monitoring Of The Activities Carried Out And Their Effects; The Financial And Administrative Management Of The Work Packages That Make Up The Programme, Including The Periodic Technical Reports, The Final Technical Report And All The Documentation Necessary For Reporting. The Service Must Be Characterized By Qualified Technical And Operational Support, High Quality Of The Products Created, And Stand Out For The Innovativeness Of The Messages, The Tools With Which To Convey Them And The Methods Of Involving The Target Audiences. The Development And Execution Of The Agreed Activities Of The Program Must Take Place In A Manner Consistent With The General And Specific Objectives And The Communication Strategy, Taking Into Consideration The Priorities And Objectives Of Eu Reg. 1144/2014, Ensuring Clear Recognition Of The Program And Its Promoters.
