A Detailed Description Of The Order Related To The Performance Of Cleaning Services For Sosotechnical Devices (Separators Of Petroleum Substances, Fat, Starch, Sedimentation Tanks, Sand Traps), Located In The Area Administered By 15 Wog Szczecin, And The Export And Disposal Of Waste Originating From These Devices, Can Be Found In Annex No. 5 To Swz, Containing: Technical Specification Of The Service And A List Of Socio-Technical Devices Indicating The Type Of Devices Along With Their Capacity, Type And Quantity Waste, Location Of Devices And Planned Frequency Of Service Provision For Each Device. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Implemented Based On The Above Annexes. The Conditions And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Also Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Contract Template. Note: Pursuant To Art. 3 Points 32 Of The Waste Act, The Contractor Is The Producer Of Waste Generated During The Provision Of The Service.
