The Subject Of The Order Must Be New, Unused, Unrefurbished In Original Packaging With Minimum Technical - Medical And Functional Parameters Specified By The Contracting Authority. We Require The Delivery Of Instrumentation That Is Approved For Import And Sale In The Slovak Republic Or Within The European Union And Will Comply With Valid International Standards, Stn, Generally Binding Legal Regulations And Which Has Been Assigned A Valid Šukl Code, If Relevant. The Offered Instrumentation Must Meet The Defined Technical Specification. If In The Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract, A Summary Of Some Of The Specified Parameters Or A Range Of Parameters Identifies A Product Of A Specific Manufacturer, The Public Procurement Entity Allows The Possibility To Present An Equivalent In The Offer, On The Condition That Such Equipment Will Meet The Requirements For Utility, Operational And Functional Characteristics, Which Are Necessary To Ensure The Purpose For Which The Device Is Intended.
