Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – As35 Ausbau Baar – Zug (Abz), Kabelplaner. The Increase In Capacity Planned As Part Of The Prodes 2035 Development Stage To Remove The Bottleneck On The Zurich–Zug–Lucerne Line Requires Costly Infrastructure Developments. The Main Focus Is On The Zimmerberg 2 Base Tunnel Between Thalwil And Litti. Other Measures Are Also Necessary To Develop Certain Infrastructures At The Stations Of Baar, Baar Neufeld, Baar Lindenpark And Zug To Build A Third Track Between Baar And Zug. Sbb Has Drawn Up A Preliminary Design For The Construction Of The Works Between Baar And Zug. The Addition Of A Third Track Requires The Adaptation Of Stations And Stops On The Section Concerned. In Baar, The Station Must Have A Fourth Platform. In Zug, The Entire Northern Entrance To The Station Must Be Adapted To The New Track Topology. On Behalf Of The City Of Zug, It Is Also Planned To Build A New Underpass In Parallel. The Cable Designer Must Provide The Following Services: Planning/Design And Site Management Services Specialized In The Field Of Cables For The Construction Of The Extension Between Baar And Zug As Well As The Neighboring Areas. A Large Part Of The Work Is The Planning And Coordination Of The Cable Protection Installation As Well As The Cables For All The Specialist Areas Involved. Services Are Provided For Phase 32 Construction Project Up To And Including Phase 53 Commissioning/Documentation. The Following Works Constitute A Large Part Of The Project (Non-Exhaustive List): - Complete Cable Protection Installation Between Baar And Zug, Including Stations - Opening Of New Substations In Full Interlocking - Connection To The Existing Network And New Crossings For Future Projects - Low Voltage, High And Medium Voltage Cables, Traction Current Cables And Telecommunications Cables - Temporary Protection Of The Cables During Construction - Temporary Cables For The Duration Of The Works To Guarantee The Availability Of The Installation - Dismantling Of The Cable And Cable Protections Throughout The Project Perimeter
