Paper Or Paperboard Registers, Account Books, Binders, Forms And Other Articles Of Printed Stationery – Purchase Of Office Supplies For The Resort Of The Statutory City Of České Budějovice 2025 - 2026. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Continuous Supply Of Office Goods (According To The Current Needs Of The Central And Authorizing Contracting Authorities) Within The Scope And In Accordance With The Tender Conditions. The Subject Of This Contract Is Specified In Detail In Annex No. 2 Of The Model Framework Agreement, Which Forms Annex No. 1 Of This Tender Document, While All The Parameters And Specifications Of The Goods Listed There Are Considered To Be Minimum And The Supplier Can Offer Equivalent Or Better Parameters. The Place Of Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Collection Points Of The Central Contracting Authority And The Authorizing Contracting Authorities Listed In Annex No. 1 Of The Framework Agreement, Or Other Places In The Territory Of The Statutory City Of České Budějovice. However, The Central Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Stated Expected Quantity Of Goods During The Implementation In Accordance With Its Current Needs. The Central Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Take Any Minimum Quantity Of Goods. A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With The Selected Supplier In Accordance With § 131 Et Seq. Of The Law, I.E. Without Resuming Competition Between Participants In The Framework Agreement. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement Concluded With One Supplier Continuously For A Period Of 24 Months From The Effective Date Of The Framework Agreement (The Expected Effective Date Of The Framework Agreement Is February 1, 2025). The Expected Start Date Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Non-Binding And Can Be E.G. Change Due To The Extension Of The Procurement Procedure. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With One Participant Without Undue Delay After The End Of The Procurement Procedure. In Accordance With § 100 Para. 2 Of The Act Reserves The Right To Change The Person Of The Selected Supplier With Whom It Concludes The Framework Agreement, In The Event That The Following Conditions Are Met: A) The Framework Agreement Will Be Prematurely Terminated For Reasons On The Part Of The Selected Supplier, Or B) There Will Be A Transfer Of Rights And Obligations From Framework Agreements From The Selected Supplier To A New Supplier (Assignment Of The Contract), To The Extent Of The Undrawn Amount From The Total Financial Volume (Limit) In The Sense Of Para. 3.11 Framework Agreements; And At The Same Time: C) The Rights And Obligations From The Framework Agreement Can Only Be Transferred To A Supplier Who Submits A Bid For This Public Contract In The Procurement Procedure And Which The Central Contracting Authority Declares To Have Fulfilled The Conditions For Participation In The Procurement Procedure, D) To Take Over The Rights And Obligations From The Framework Agreement, Suppliers May Be Successively Invited By The Central Contracting Authority In The Order In Which They Placed In The Evaluation Of Bids (Electronic Auctions), E) For The Submission Of Documents To The Conditions Specified In This Tender Documentation Shall Apply To Proof Of Qualification.
