The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Procedure Is To Purchase Various Waste Collection Bags According To The Quantity And Quality Requirements Specified In The Public Procurement Documents During The Fixed Period Of 24 Months Of The Contract, Based On Individual Orders, Up To A Total Amount Of Huf 76,000,000 Net. The Successful Tenderer Must Deliver The Products Ordered By Individual Order To The Tenderer Within 20 Working Days From The End Of The First Working Day Following The Date Of Sending The Written Order Submitted By The Tenderer. The Tenderer Undertakes To Issue An Order With A Total Value Of 70% Of The Total Amount. The Detailed Technical Requirements Are Contained In The Technical Description That Is Part Of The Tender Documentation. As Part Of The Public Procurement Documents, The Tenderer Provides Tenderers With A Tender Form (Appendix No. 1/A), Which Lists The Types Of Products That The Tenderer Wishes To Order Under The Contract, As Well As The Information Quantities Regarding The Expected Quantity Of The Individual Products. To Order In Order To Plan Capacities. The Tenderer Established The Informational Quantitative Data On The Tender Sheet - A Total Of 1,686,893 Different Waste Collection Bags - Based On The Usage Data Of The Previous Years. Estimated Quantities For Each Product Type Are Included In The Offer Sheet. A 5% Deviation From The Given Dimensions Is Allowed, In Such A Way That The Dimension Deviation Is Only Acceptable In A Positive Direction (Also In The Case Of Material Thickness). (The Tenderer Will Accept A Bag With Dimensions That Are At Most 5% Larger Than The Specified Dimensions.)
