Mid Devon District Council Is Seeking To Appoint A Suitably Qualified Contractor To Deliver The Arboriculture Services, Tree Removal And Other Associated Works To Its Void Housing Stock And Other Buildings, During The Financial Years 2025-2029, Which Will Be Based On A Schedule Of Rates. Time Is Of The Essence With This Contract As The Properties Are Void And Will Need To Be Re-Let As Soon As Possible; Therefore The Contractor Will Need To Start The Works After Five Working Days’ Notice And Complete The Works Within Five Working Days. Failure To Meet These Timescales Will Be A Fundamental Breach Of This Contract.
