Photocopying Equipment – ​​Supply Of Photocopier-Mfp Machines. The Object Of The Contract Is The Supply And Installation Of Photocopier-Mfp Machines For The Needs Of The Central Service Of The Contracting Authority And The Services Supported By It (E.Y. Of The Nsrf), With The Simultaneous Receipt For Withdrawal Of Outdated Photocopier-Mfp Machines That Are Replaced By New Ones . The Entire Supply Will Be Covered By A Manufacturers Warranty Of At Least Two (2) Years. In Addition, The Contractor Must Provide Service And Technical Support After The Sale, Lasting At Least Five (5) Years Or Until The Maximum Number Of Copies And Prints For All The Machines Is Reached, Calculated For An Average Monthly Volume Of 10,000 Pages Per Machine (I.E. A Total Of 51,000 .000 Pages) From The Date Of Final Receipt Of The Offered Machines (Whichever Comes First). During This Period, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Free Repair, Maintenance And Coverage Of Spare Parts, Free Corresponding Service Provision, As Well As Coverage Of All Consumables Required For The Continuous And Uninterrupted Operation Of The Machines (Except Paper And Staples).
