Railway And Tramway Locomotives And Rolling Stock And Associated Parts – Delivery Of Etcs Mobile Part Sets For 363 Series Locomotives Čd Cargo A.S.. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 43 Sets Of Mobile Parts Sets Of The Etcs Application Level 2 Security System (Level 2) Complying With The Basic Standard 3 (Baseline 3), Version 3.6.0 Of The System For 363 Series Drive Vehicles (Hereinafter Referred To As Etcs Sets) And Spare Parts For Etcs Kits. A More Detailed Specification Of The Etcs Set Is Given In Appendix No. 1 Of The Contract. A More Detailed Specification Of Spare Parts Is Given In Appendix No. 2 Contracts. The Supplier Shall Also Supply The Client With The Documentation, Which Is Specified In Detail In Appendix No. 1 Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Order Is Also The Provision Of The Necessary Cooperation, As Well As All Other Negotiations And Services (Including The Delivery Of Sw, Revival Of The Etcs Sets After Their Installation, Etc.) Related To The Etcs Sets, So That It Is Possible After The Future Installation Of The Etcs Sets In The Locomotives And Their Administrative Approval, These Locomotives Without Any Technical Or Administrative Restrictions To Be Used For Operation On National And Regional Railway Lines And Sidings With A Gauge Of 1435 Mm In The Czech Republic And Slovakia. The Subject Of The Contract Is Not The Physical Implementation Of The Etcs Sets Into The Locomotives Or Any Administrative Or Other Approval Of The Locomotives By The Relevant Authorities.
