Electric Buses – Delivery Of A Public Transport Bus Powered By Electricity And A Charging Station. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Electric Bus And The Delivery And Installation Of A Charging Station With Equipment For Its Operation, As Well As Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees. Implemented As Part Of The Project Purchase Of 6 Electric Buses With Infrastructure In Ełk As Part Of The Investment: G1.3.2 Zero-Emission Public Transport (Buses) Of The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of A Brand New, Single-Section, Low-Floor, Two-Axle City Bus, Structurally Adapted To Right-Hand Traffic, Powered By An Electric Engine, Charged Via A Wire Connector (Plug-In), Hereinafter Referred To As The Electric Bus, Together With Electronic Equipment (Dedicated Devices And Systems), Necessary Software And Documentation. As Part Of The Bus Delivery, Training Is Required For Drivers And Technical Staff Regarding The Operation And Maintenance Of The Delivered Vehicle And Equipment. 2) Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A Depot Charging Station (Charger) Enabling Charging Of Batteries In An Electric Bus, Together With Workshop Equipment, Hardware And Computer Software, Enabling, Among Others, Supervision Of Energy Consumption Of Charging Stations And Buses. As Part Of The Delivery Of The Charging Station, Training Is Required For Technical Staff Regarding The Operation, Maintenance And Supervision Of The Operation Of The Delivered Devices. Installation And Commissioning Will Take Place At The Transport Companys Depot. 3. The Delivered Bus Must Have The Following Documents, Valid As Of The Date Of Delivery: 1) Approval, Certificates And Approvals In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Enabling Their Registration In The Republic Of Poland - Current Vehicle Type Approval Certificate Or Ec Vehicle Type Approval Certificate , Together With Annexes, Issued In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 2) Vehicle Type Approval With Regard To The Flammability Of Materials Used In The Interior Structure Of Certain Categories Of Motor Vehicles (Approval Granted In Accordance With Regulation No. 118 Of The United Nations Economic Commission For Europe (Unece) - Uniform Technical Requirements Regarding The Flammability Of Materials Used In The Interior Structure Of Certain Categories Of Motor Vehicles (Journal Of Laws Eu.L.10.177.263 Of July 10, 2010, As Amended), Issued By An Entity Authorized To Certification In A Given Scope. 3) Confirming Compliance With The Requirements Of Regulation No. 107 Of The United Nations Economic Commission For Europe Unece - Uniform Provisions Regarding The Approval Of Vehicles Of Categories M2 Or M3 With Regard To Their General Construction (Oj Eu L. 2015.153.1 Of Of 18/06/2015), Regarding Vehicles Used For The Carriage Of Passengers And Having More Than Eight Seats In Addition To The Drivers Seat, For A Class I Vehicle. 4) Vehicle Type Approval In Terms Of Durability
