Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Property Planning For The New Construction Of A Daycare Center In Herzberg (Elster). The Commissioning Takes Place In Stages. It Is Planned To Initially Commission Service Phases 1 To 4. The Commissioning Of Service Phases 5 To 9 Takes Place Optionally After The Construction Project Has Been Approved And Financing Has Been Assured. Parallel To The Negotiation Process, The Services Of The Specialist Planners Are Put Out To Tender. During The Planning Phase, Close Coordination Between All Planning Offices Is Desired And Required. The Aim Of The Planning Is To Create A Structurally And Functionally Convincing Structure For The Daycare Center For 120 Children. Building Planning Must Be Based On Ecological, Economic And Social Criteria. Existing Requirements For The Premises (See Room Program) As Well As Functionality Must Be Taken Into Account. When Positioning The New Building, Care Must Be Taken To Ensure That The Building Makes A Contribution To Urban Development And At The Same Time Meets The Educational Requirements And The Protection Needs Of The Children.
