The Subject Of The Public Contract In The Concession Procedure Are Services (Concessions) Ensuring The Safe And Smooth Operation Of The Water Management Assets Of The Contracting Authority, The Association Of Towns And Municipalities Bukovská Voda, For A Period Of 10 Years, From 1.1.2026 To 31.12.2035, In Accordance With National Legislation, Especially By Act No. 274/2001 Coll., On Water Pipes And Sewers For Public Use And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws, As Amended. Operation Of Water Management Assets, I.E. Water Supply Systems For Public Use, Will Be Provided In A Divisional Operating Model On The Basis Of A Concession Contract Concluded With The Selected Supplier In This Concession Procedure.
