In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Hungarian Accounting Act For The Business Years Ending December 31, 2025 And December 31, 2026, The Audit Of The Banks Individual Annual Accounts And Business Reports Prepared In Accordance With Ifrs And The Issuance Of An Auditors Report On Them, Which Includes Also Investigations Regarding The Uniform Electronic Reporting Format (Hereinafter: Esef) Developed By The European Securities Market Authority (Esma). Revision Of The Banks Accounting Policies, Real Valuation, Collateral Valuation, Deal Rating, Impairment And Provisioning Regulations, Their Amendments And Issuing An Auditors Report On Them. 2. Auditing Of The Banks Consolidated Financial Statements And Consolidated Business Reports For The Business Years Ending December 31, 2025 And December 31, 2026, Prepared In Accordance With Ifrs, And Issuing An Auditors Report On Them, Which Includes The European Securities Market Also Investigations Related To The Uniform Electronic Reporting Format (Hereinafter: Esef) Developed By The Authority (Esma). These Consolidated Financial Statements Also Represent Combined (Consolidated) Annual Reports Prepared In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Hungarian Accounting Act. 3. Auditing Of The Banks Individual Sustainability Reports For The Business Years Ending December 31, 2025 And December 31, 2026, Required In Accordance With The Accounting Act, And Issuing Audit Reports On Them, Which Include The European Securities Market Authority (Esma) Also Examinations Concerning The Developed Uniform Electronic Reporting Format (Hereinafter: Esef). The Auditor Must Perform The Task Defined In This Point Annually Based On The Relevant Order Of The Bank. 4. Auditing Of The Banks Consolidated Sustainability Reports For The Business Years Ending December 31, 2025 And December 31, 2026, Required In Accordance With The Accounting Act, And Issuing Audit Reports On Them, Which Include The European Securities And Markets Authority (Esma) Also Examinations Concerning The Developed Uniform Electronic Reporting Format (Hereinafter: Esef). 5. Preparation Of The Banks Separate Auditors Reports For The Business Years 2025 And 2026 In Accordance With Ccxxxvii Of 2013 On Credit Institutions And Financial Enterprises. To The Magyar Nemzeti Bank In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 263 Of The Act (Hereinafter: Hpt.). 6. Participation In The Banks Supervisory Board And Audit Board Meetings. 7. In The 2025 And 2026 Business Years, A Maximum Of One Time Per Business Year, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Hungarian Accounting Act, The Audit Of The Interim Condensed Individual Financial Statement Compiled On The Basis Of The International Accounting Standard (Hereinafter: Ias) 34
