The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Four Gas Generators Type G3516h Manufactured By Caterpillar, Located On The Premises Of Energetyka Cieplna Sp. Z O. O., Within 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract: Task 1: Inspections, Within 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, In Accordance With The Operation And Maintenance Manual Of Four Gas Generators Type G3516h Manufactured By Caterpillar Located On The Premises Of Energetyka Cieplna Sp. Z O. O. It Is Expected: 64 Oil Changes With Oil Sample Testing Every 250 Mth, 4 Glycol Changes, 12 Annual Inspections, 24 P2000 Inspections, 8 P4000 Inspections, 12 P8000 Inspections, 4 Te Inspections And 4 Tc01 Inspections. The Contractor Will Provide Lubricating Oil And Coolant Necessary For Inspections. The Above Activities Cannot Occur Simultaneously Due To The Need To Maintain Cogeneration Operation. Task 2: Service, Within 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Of Four Gas Generators Type G3516h Manufactured By Caterpillar Located On The Premises Of Energetyka Cieplna Sp. Z O. O. The Service Work Is To Ensure That Each Generator Can Operate For A Minimum Of 7700Mth Per Year. The Scope Of The Contractors Services Will Include: Ongoing Repairs Of Gas Engines, Provision Of Standby Service (24-Hour Breakdown Service), Delivery Of All Necessary Parts Necessary To Maintain Continuous Operation Of Gas Engines. Standby Service Does Not Include Service Travel Costs, Service Technician Labor Costs And The Costs Of Used Spare Parts.
