With This Tender, Emma Acquires The Following Services: 1) Leasing Equipment 2) It Overall Service — Service Desk And Local Support — Device Management And Maintenance Service And Device Lifecycle Services — O365 Environment Management Service — User Groups Covered By The User Support Service — User And Access Rights Management — Print Management Services — Data Security 3) Network Maintenance Service 4) Commissioning Project Options: The Procurement Unit Requests Equipment-Specific Leasing Prices (E/Month) For Additional Devices. The Prices Of Option Products Do Not Affect The Reference Price. In Addition, The Procurement Unit Has Set The Following Options: Sharepoint, Workstation And Nas Backup. For The Sake Of Clarity, It Is Stated That The Procurement Unit Is Not Obliged To Acquire Any Of The Above Options, Even If The Selected Supplier Has The Opportunity To Offer Them. The Acquisition Of Options Is Agreed Upon Separately In Writing With The Selected Supplier. The Competitive Entity Does Not Include The Following: — Printers And Telephone Equipment — Operator Services — O365 Licenses The Object Of Procurement And Options Are Described In More Detail In The Tender Documents. Contract Period: The Offeror Can Submit A Bid For The Entity To Be Acquired (Entire Procurement): — The Contract Period For Leasing Equipment, Which Begins When The Service Is Launched, Is Four (4) Years (48 Months). Other Leasing Contracts Starting Later Can Be Agreed On A Case-By-Case Basis. — The Contract Period For The Other Service To Be Acquired Is For A Fixed Period Of Two (2) Years (24 Months), After Which The Contract Continues Indefinitely, Unless It Is Terminated Sixty (60) Days Before Its End. The Jyse Terms And Conditions Apply To The Procurement. Content And Requirements Of The Services: The Contents Of The Services And The Requirements For The Services, Service Management, And The Service Time And Service Level Requirements Related To The Services Are Described In The Appendices Supplementing The Request For Tender.
