As A Measure To Expand The Maturity Level Of Digital Care And Treatment Documentation, A Mobile Solution Is To Be Introduced That Will Enable A Seamless And Structured Recording Of Relevant Care Parameters And Integrate Them Directly Into The His/Kas. The Introduction Of This Mobile Solution Is Intended To Enable Authorized Hospital Employees To Digitally And Uniformly Access Relevant Documents Such As Patient Master Data, Nursing History, Care Planning, Therapy And Medication Plans, Photo Documentation, Fever Curves, Pain Records Or Protocols (E.G. Fall And Drinking Protocols). Capture. It Should Also Be Possible To View Documentation (E.G. Medication Data And Laboratory Data) In A Timely And Location-Independent Manner. The Mobile Solution Must Be Provided As An On-Premise Solution And Be Able To Operate Within The Hospitals Existing It Infrastructure. The Mobile Solution Is Intended To Support Timely Documentation Via Smartphone, Including The Creation Of Photos As Part Of Wound Documentation, And Ensure Direct Transmission To Kas Meona. This Is Intended To Avoid Duplicate Work Steps, Thereby Gaining Valuable Time For Patient Care And Reducing The Administrative Effort For Staff. The Aim Of The Project Is To Enable Uniform, Cross-Departmental Electronic Documentation That Ensures Syntactic, Semantic And Organizational Interoperability With Other Systems Used In The Hospital And External Applications. A Secure Login And Reliable Authentication Mechanisms Are Intended To Ensure Compliance With Data Protection And Security Requirements. This Project Is Intended To Make A Decisive Contribution To Optimizing Processes, Reducing The Documentation Effort And Ensuring High-Quality, Consistent Care And Treatment Documentation.
