The Collector Must Have A Collection System That Contains Computer Software And Hardware And A Telecommunications System That Must Connect, Online, With A Computing Center Associated With Its Own Or Third-Party Terminal Networks And Their Virtual Channels. All Of The Above, In Accordance With The Requirements Established In The Administrative Bases, The Technical Bases And All Published Annexes.
