1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Yard At Ul. Łokietka, Plots With Registration Numbers: 1200, 1203, 1205, District 5 Śródmieście, Including Hardening Of The Yard Area And Lighting With Solar Lamps. Scope Of Work:1) Preparatory, Disassembly And Demolition Works, Site Planning, Removal Of Soil And Demolition Materials.2) Construction Of Beds And Foundations For Pedestrian Routes And Roads, Along With Curbs And Edges.3) Construction Of Pavement And Road Surfaces Made Of Concrete Blocks And Openwork Slabs.4) Construction Of A Retaining Wall Using Concrete Lawns.5) Installation Of Two Hybrid/Solar Led Lamps On Aluminum Poles H = 4.0 M6) Construction And Installation Of An Information Board Containing Information About The Source Of Financing For The Investment. The Template Including Dimensions, Material From Which It Is To Be Made And The Signs And Information Contained In The Table Are Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 1.1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Attached To The Swz.1.2. As Part Of The Investment, After Completion, An As-Built Geodetic Map Must Be Prepared At A Scale Of 1:250, Pc. 4, To Be Updated In The Land And Building Register.1.3. The Ordering Party Requires The Involvement Of A Person With Authorization To Manage Construction Works Specified In The Provisions Of The Construction Law In The Field Of Construction, Therefore The Cost Associated With The Involvement Of The Construction Manager Must Be Included In The Offer Price.1.4. Documents Describing The Subject Of The Order Should Be Treated As Mutually Explanatory And Complementary In The Sense That If Any Ambiguities Or Ambiguities In Performance Are Found, The Contractor Will Not Be Able To Limit The Scope Of His Obligation Or The Scope Of Due Diligence.
