Tenders are invited for Construction of New Drilling Support Warehouse Yard at RLC. Bond: 1000000 QAR Fee: 500 QAR Tender Issue Period: 04/12/24 - 10/12/24 Bid Closing Date: 14/01/25 Bond Validity: 13/06/25- (150) days from the Bid Closing Date Offer Validity: 14/05/25- (120) days from the Bid Closing Date Scope of Work/Description: CONTRACTOR shall carry out the Procurement, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and Handing Over of FACILITY named as New Drilling Support Warehouse and Yard at RLIC with total built up area of warehouse, approximate 2600 m2 and open storage yard area of approximate 2200 m2. The proposed FACILITY consists of the following: 1.Warehouse Building a.,,Warehouse Building with reinforced concrete sub-structure and grade slab, external walls, roofing works, internal walls, doors, windows, louvers, finishing works, storage racking system and all accessories as mentioned in contract documents. b.,,Building services including lighting, small power, earthing and lightning protection, UPS, ICT/ELV and Telecom, CCTV, ACS, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire and gas detection and alarm system, fire protection systems 2,,External Works and Services Building a.,,Outdoor Storage Yard and Internal Access Roads b.,,Landscaping and Perimeter Fence and Gate c.,,Services Building comprised of the water/Irrigation tank and pump room, electrical room and yard for PUSS. d.,,Site Utilities including area lighting, CCTV, surface drainage, fire protection, and all Tie-In Works with the existing services networks including power, telecom, potable water, fire water, sewage. Note: a) Tender documents for the above services/works/goods can be obtained from the Dates of Issue within the Tender Sale Period. Tender Issue Time ends at 2 PM (local time) of the Sale periods end date. b) Suppliers and Contractors who are already registered with QatarEnergy via e-Registration system and are in possession of a valid SAP ID issued by QatarEnergy can buy the Tender document online using the Buy Tender Online link within the Tender Issue Period indicated above. c) Requests for issuance of Tenders after the specified Tender Issue Period will not be entertained. QatarEnergy reserves its right, in its own discretion, to set and recall Tender Issue Periods. d) No queries will be entertained, or bids received, from entities who have not purchased tender documents in compliance with the above provisions. e) All prospective Contractors/suppliers interested to participate in QatarEnergy Tenders are required to register and obtain a QatarEnergy SAP Vendor Code, a mandatory requirement for the issue of Tender Document. f) All bidders shall ensure that the business/company name, contact persons and other details in all relevant documents to reflect the details as stated in the commercial registration documents. g) Bidders/Contractors, who are registered with QatarEnergy and possess a QatarEnergy SAP Vendor ID, shall with immediate effect ensure that any change to the vendor details is updated with QatarEnergy via e-Registration to ensure smooth processing of Tender, Contract and Payment related matters without any delay.
