Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy to Estimate the Socio-Economic Impact of Connectivity (Schools and Hospitals) The World Bank Group (WBG) is advising the Government of Antioquia about the establishment of a Private Public Partnership (PPP) to connect to the internet unserved and underserved areas of the State. The main objective of this consultancy is to assess the socio-economic impact of connectivity, with a particular focus on newly connected schools and hospitals. The consultant will provide a detailed analysis of how access to digital connectivity in these institutions influences educational outcomes, healthcare delivery, and broader community well-being. This study will also establish a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework for when the PPP will be operative with focus on key indicators (e.g., number of households connected, public institutions connected, etc.).
