The Services Include The Updating Of The Pug In Digital Format And The Local Urban Planning Regulation Containing Data From Both The Cadastral And Urban Planning Fields, As Well As From Other Sectors Of Activity Of The Municipality Of Hunedoara, To Serve The Formulation Of Global Strategies In Correlation With The Sustainable Development Programs Of The Local Administration Of Hunedoara Municipality. Requirements Regarding The Developed Documentation: The Content And The Way Of Presentation Will Comply With The Guide On The Elaboration Methodology And The Content - Framework Of The General Urban Plan, Technical Regulation, Indication Gp038/99 Approved By Order No. 13/N/10.03.1999, With The Guide On The Development And Approval Of Local Town Planning Regulations, Indicative Gm-007-2000 Approved By Order No. 21/N/10.04.2000, With Government Decision No. 525/1996 For The Approval Of The General Urban Planning Regulation, Republished, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, In Conjunction With Law No. 350/2001 Regarding Territorial Development And Urban Planning With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, With Ordinance No. 27/2008 For The Amendment And Completion Of Law No. 350/2001 Regarding Territorial Development And Urban Planning, With Order No. 233/2016 For The Approval Of The Methodological Norms For The Application Of Law No. 350/2001 Regarding The Planning Of The Territory And Town Planning And The Development And Updating Of The Town Planning Documentation, As Amended By Order No. 904/2023, With Law No. 265/ 2006 For The Approval Of The Government Emergency Ordinance No. 195/ 2005 On Environmental Protection, With The Civil Code, With The Development Strategy Of The Municipality Of Hunedoara, With The Urban Mobility Plan, With Law No. 52/2003 On Decision-Making Transparency In Public Administration. The Updating Of The Urban Documentation General Urban Plan Requires: - Drafting On An Updated Topographic And Cadastral Support Made In The 1970 Stereographic Projection System, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Order No. 904/2023 Regarding The Modification And Completion Of The Methodological Norms For The Application Of Law 350/2001 On Territorial Planning And Urbanism, For The Provision Of Spatial Data Sets In Vector Format Required To Be Uploaded To The Territorial Observatory; - A Complex Documentation On The Ground And In The Database For The Preparation/Updating Of The Substantiation Studies (Urban, Anthropological, Architectural, Economic, Technical, Historical, Archaeological, Etc.); - Elaboration Of Development Proposals In Accordance With National And International Heritage Conservation/Utilization Programs And Local Development Programs; - Cooperation Between The Beneficiary, Developer, Interested Local And Central Administration Bodies, Non-Governmental Organizations, Etc.
