Environmental Decontamination Services – Decontamination Of Sanitary Water In Erps - 4 Years. Consultation Launched By A Group Of Orders. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Designate A Service Provider Who Will Carry Out The Preventive And/Or Curative Disinfection Of The Production, Storage And Circulation Networks Of Sanitary Water. The Purpose Of The Intervention Will Be To Eliminate The Biofilm In Order To Prevent The Presence Of Micro-Organisms, In Particular Legionella Pneumophila, In Establishments Open To The Public (Erp) In The City Of Le Mans And Le Mans Métropole. The Framework Agreement With Maximum Is Entered Into In Application Of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. Maximum For 4 Years: City Of Le Mans: 200,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. Le Mans Métropole: 60,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax
