Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery & Maintenance of Desktop Computers A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Assistant General Manager (Engineering & Administration), Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank, No. 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Kelaniva from 04^ December 2024 until 23rd December 2024 be tv, een 09.00 hrs and 15.00 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs 10,000/ = . Bids addressed to the Assistant General Manager (Engineering & Administration), Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank, No. 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Kelaniya, should be sent through registered post to receive at or before 2.00 p.m. on 24th December 2024. You should indicate Supply, Delivery & Maintenance of 300 Nos. of Desktop Computers and AGM/EA/RDB/2024/156 on the top left side of the envelope. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall be valid for 91 days from the date of bid opening. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security amount of Rs.750,000.00, which shall be valid for a period of 91 +28 days from the closing date of bids. (24f^ December 2024 to 21st April 2025).
