Legal Services - Advisory Services In The Implementation Of The Project Integration Of The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource (Integration Pzgik) - Legal Support. 1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Legal Support Services In The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: Integration Of The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resources (Integration Pzgik). 2. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order By The Contractor Will In Particular Consist In: 1) Preparing And Giving Opinions On Draft Contracts, Annexes, And Agreements Of The Ordering Party, Including Contracts With Subcontractors Of Contractors Implementing Contracts Concluded With The Ordering Party; 2) Participation In Work Related To Or Resulting From Public Procurement Procedures, Consulting, Developing Answers To Questions Asked By Entities During Public Procurement Procedures, Giving Opinions On Documents Submitted By Contractors In Public Procurement Procedures, Verification And Analysis Of Bank Guarantee Projects And Insurance And Other Forms Of Providing Security For Proper Performance Of The Contract, Advising At The Request Of The Tender Committee In Public Procurement Proceedings, Preparing And Agreeing On Letters Related To Submitted By Contractors With Legal Remedies, 3) Analysis Of The Grounds And Validity And Preparation In Writing Of Claims Submitted By The Ordering Party Against The Contractors; 4) Preparing Complaints, Lawsuits And Applications, Appeals, Speeches And Other Procedural Documents In Order To Initiate Court Or Administrative Proceedings And In Connection With Ongoing Proceedings; 5) Preparing Written Opinions And Legal Analyzes - Including Opinions On Correspondence Prepared On The Basis Of Contracts Implemented By The Ordering Party; 6) Giving Opinions On The Validity Of Introducing Changes To Contracts In Terms Of Compliance With Applicable Law, Internal Regulations Of The Ordering Party And Contracts Concluded By The Ordering Party; 7) Legal Services Related To Support In The Settlement Of Work Contractors; 8) Monitoring Risks Related To The Implementation Of Contracts And Reporting Them On Its Own Initiative To The Ordering Party And Cooperating With Project Managers And Presenting Proposals For Actions To Prevent Disputes; 9) Participation In Working Meetings Of The Parties Involved In The Implementation Of The Agreements, During Which Matters Relating To The Contractors Claims And The Provisions And Methods Of Implementing The Agreements Will Be Discussed; 10) Preparing Written Analyzes And Legal Opinions Regarding The Validity Of Complaints And Applications Submitted To The Ordering Party Based On Materials And Documents Received From The Ordering Party, Including Documents That The Contractor Requests From The Ordering Party And Which It Deems Necessary And Appropriate In Order To Carry Out A Proper Analysis And Issue Legal Opinion; 11) Oral Consultations On Issues Requiring Legal Analysis; 12) Representing The Ordering Party Before Common Courts, Administrative Courts, Bodies Resolving Disputes In The Field Of Public Procurement, Public Administration Bodies, Bodies Conducting And Supervising Preparatory Proceedings, Enforcement Bodies And Before And
