O Technical Documentation For Obtaining The Construction Authorization (D.T.A.C.), Including The Preparation Of The Documentation For Obtaining The Necessary Approvals For Issuing The Construction Authorization, Based On The Solutions Established In The Sf Phase O The Technical Execution Project (Pth+Cs+De); O Technical Documentation For The Organization Of Execution (D.T.O.E..); O Technical Assistance During The Execution Period Of The Works (Including The Determining Phases And Possible Changes Of The Project); O Elaboration Of The Energy Certificate Attached To The Reception Protocol Upon Completion Of The Works; O Preparation Of A Report On The Completion Of The Execution Of Permanent Works; O As-Built Project; For The Investment Objective: Simulation, Training And Research Center For The Development Of Professional Competences And Experimental Surgery And Training Center O Verification Of The Project For Quality Requirements By Verifiers, Specialists Certified By The Ministry Of Development, Public Works And Housing Under The Law. O The Provision Of Design Services Will Be Carried Out Within 6 Months From The Issuance Of The Order To Start The Provision Of Services. O Following The Realization Of D.T.A.C.+Pth +De, The Designer Will Represent Umf Cluj, In The Relationship With The Od (Electric Energy Distribution Operator), In Order To Obtain The Atr Including The Solution Study Requested By The Od. 2. The Execution Of The Works And The Supply Of Related Furniture - Within 34 Months From The Issuance Of The Order To Start The Works, As Follows: Object B - Having The Function Of A Library, Financed By Pnrr, Will Be Completed On March 30, 2026. Object A- Simulation Center, Financed From The Universitys Own Sources, Will Be Completed Within 34 Months From The Date Of Issuing The Order Start The Start Order Will Be Issued After Obtaining The Construction Permit.
