Supporting Walls – Sout & Demol Oa Rd190. The Services Of This Contract Concern The Construction Of A Retaining Wall Along Avenue De Versailles In Poissy In Yvelines, The Demolition Of A Structure (Rail Bridge) And The Construction Of A Staircase, In Anticipation Of The Work Of The Concessionaires Networks And Main Works Of The T13 Tram Line Phase 2. The Works Are Located To The Right Of The Yvelines-Essonne Residence Along The Rd190 (Avenue De Versailles) And At The Intersection Of Rue La Bruyère. This Concerns Civil Engineering Works Including In Particular The Following Services: • Site Installations, In Particular Installation Of Site Fences At The Edge Of Private Estates; • Temporary Roads And Pathways; • Earthworks And Reprofiling Of The Final Embankment; • Demolition Of The Existing Retaining Wall; • Construction Of The Retaining Wall, Including Access Staircase And Crowning Guardrail; • Temporary Shielding During Work At The Foot Of The Residence. • Demolition Of An Engineering Structure (Rail Bridge) • Construction Of A Structure (Staircase) The Work Must Minimize The Impact On The Operation Of The Affected Roadways, While Guaranteeing The Safety Of People And The Various Local Accesses, Etc. Maintaining The Circulation Of Light Vehicles, Heavy Goods Vehicles And Buses Must Also Be Taken Into Account During The Execution Of The Work. A Width Of 1.10 M Must Be Maintained Free Of Passage Along The Résidences Yvelines-Essonne Buildings To The Right Of The Construction Site To Allow The Rotation Of Household Waste Containers From Local Residents; Access To The Ramp At The End Of The Driveway Must Also Be Maintained Throughout The Duration Of The Work.
