The Existing Reserve Hall Will Be Converted Into A Continuous Vehicle Hall. The Building Under Consideration, House 1, Has A Gross Floor Area Of 2,752M2 (Including Basement), 2 Full Floors And A Total Volume Of 11,603M3. Gfa Basement: 287.55M2 Gfa Ground Floor: 1,186.74M2 Gfa Upper Floor: 1,277.88M2. According To Building Regulations, The Building Is Assigned To Building Class Iii, With Special Building Requirements.
