Personal Computers – Renewal Of The Existing Comprehensive Service In The Form Of Financial Leasing Without Option To Purchase That Guarantees, Continuously Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, The Updating – Both Hardware And Base Software – And Full Operability Of The Computer Equipment In Place In Order To Make The Performance Of Its Users Functions As Easy As Possible.. - Renewal Of The Computer Fleet And A Percentage Of 30% Of Printers And Peripherals: Adapting Their Services To Current Needs And Guaranteeing These Conditions Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. - Evolution Of The Operating System To Windows 11 Professional 64 Bits, Generally, On Office Computing Equipment. - Have A User Service Center (Cau) With A User Position That Provides Comprehensive First-Level “One-Stop Shop” Service, To Assist Users With Any Of Their Queries And Requests By Telephone Or The Ticketing Tool. Currently Existing In The Scs (Or Other Proposal). - In Addition, The Cau Must Provide Citizen Service, Hereinafter Cau Saludonline, To Support Telehealth Computer Services, The Responsibility Of The Cantabrian Health Service. - Provide A Comprehensive Service That Guarantees, On A Continuous Basis, The Perfect State Of Operation Of The Computer Equipment At The Station Through: Corrective Maintenance Work That Solves Breakdowns/Incidents That Arise In Accordance With Service Level Agreements. Periodic Preventive Maintenance Tasks That Guarantee The Correct Functioning Of The User Stations And That Will Be Indicated By The Scs Technical Staff. Adaptive Maintenance Tasks. In The Daily Work Operations Of The Scs, On Certain Occasions It Is Necessary To Carry Out Certain Installation Tasks Of Various Applications That Will Need To Be Carried Out By The Successful Bidder. - Inventory Management And Maintenance. An Inventory Must Be Available At All Times With Each Of The Elements That Make Up The Computer User Position. - Management With The Different Suppliers Of The Guarantees Of Each Of The Elements Of The Workplace (Pcs, Laptops, Printers Or Peripherals). The Successful Bidder Will Be In Charge Of Dealing With The Different Equipment Suppliers To Process The Guarantees, And Once This Period Has Ended, He Will Be Responsible For Providing Full Support. - Adaptation To The Environment. Given That The Reality Of The Scs Is In Constant Movement, Sometimes New Needs Arise Such As Building Transfers, Openings Of Health Centers, Maintenance Work, Which Requires The Transfer Of Computer Equipment And Onsite Intervention On The Computer Equipment That Must Be Undertaken. The Personnel Of The Winning Company. - Knowledge Base Management And Maintenance. For The Scs, It Is Vitally Important To Have The Knowledge Protocolizing Each Task And Action Necessary To Keep The Service Operational. - Management And Maintenance Of An Image Library. It Is Desired To Have An “Image Library” Of Pcs Where The Mock-Ups Of As Many Equipment Profiles As Necessary Are Stored. - Removal And Recycling Of Obsolete Equipment, As Well As Certification Of Data Deletion Of Each Equipment. - The Successful Bidder
