The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order Is Communication And Support Of Communication Activities For The Purpose Of Supporting Sirs Strategic Projects. Therefore, The Subject Of Communication Is The Strategic Projects Of Sirs. Currently, The Following Projects Are Involved: Strategic Business Park Near The Village Of Dolní Lutyně And Strategic Business Park Cheb. However, During The Duration Of The Framework Agreement, The Number Of These Strategic Projects Should Increase To 5 Projects. The Supplier Will Continuously Provide Communication And Consulting Services For Projects At A Professional Level In Connection With The Promotion Of Sirs And Projects. The Performance In Question Includes The Ongoing Provision Of Public Relations (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Pr) And Public Affairs (Hereinafter Referred To As Pa) Activities Leading To The Promotion And Media Coverage Of Projects According To The Clients Specifications: • Building The Image Of The Project And Improving Public Opinion In Favor Of The Projects By Expanding Awareness Of Of The Project Among The Relevant Population; • Designing A Communication Strategy For Individual Pr And Pa Activities To Support Projects; Creation Of Communication Strategies For Individual Project Campaigns On Selecting, Describing And Addressing Suitable Project Target Groups For Individual Campaigns, On Creating Plans And Budgets For Individual Campaigns; • Designing And Compiling A Suitable Mix Of Communication Tools For Individual Campaigns With A Focus On The Most Suitable Target Groups (Targeted Addressing); • Analyzes According To The Clients Needs (Swot Analysis, Analysis Of Communication Channels, Identification And Analysis Of The Target Group, Segmentation Into Key Subgroups, Analysis Of Monitoring, Analysis Of Means Of Communication Based On Analysis Of Target Groups And Other Similar Analyses) O Creation Of Complex Processing Of Creative Solutions For Individual Campaigns; • Strategic Consultations For The Implementation Of Individual Campaigns And Their Mix, Including Proposals For Time Schedules And The Selection Of Optimal Communication Channels, For Continuous Monitoring And Evaluation Of Communication Activities (Reporting), For Checking The Correctness Of Outputs And Continuous Updating Of The Communication Strategy According To The Needs Of The Client; • Supporting Cooperation With Influencers According To The Clients Needs; • Supporting Cooperation In The Field Of Public Affairs – Establishing Relationships And Communication With Relevant Stakeholders Within The Project. • Crisis Communication About Plans And Implementation Of Crisis Communications, About Building And Implementing Communication Procedures With The Aim Of Maintaining The Reputation, Preserving And Protecting The Good Name Of The Project In Crisis Situations, About Ensuring The Prevention Of Communication Errors Or Their Timely Identification Within The Framework Of Crisis Communication Through The Analysis Of Information Flows Outside The Entity The Contracting Authority; • Communication With The Media About Analysis Of Communication Channels With A Focus On Specific Target Groups, About Continuous Building Of Effective Media Relations; • Preparation Of Press Materials About Copywriting According To The Assignment (Press Releases, Articles, Website, Leaflets, Posters, Newsletter And Ot
