The Framework Agreement Is A Voluntary Agreement. Customers Who Can Use The Framework Agreement Thus Basically Have A Right To - But Not An Obligation To - Use The Framework Agreement. It Is Described In Annex A And Annex A.1 Which Customers Can Use The Agreement. Framework Agreement 02.08 Concerns The Delivery Of Telecommunications And Data And Is Divided Into The Following Main Product Groups: - Landline Telephony - Mobile Telephony - Mobile Broadband - Products - Other Assistance Under Each Main Product Group There Are Sub-Product Groups, And Reference Is Also Made To Appendix B For The Full Description Of The Agreements Product Groups Including The Main And Sub-Product Groups.
