Horticultural Services - Landscaping And Maintenance Of Regulated Areas On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Velingrad. Continued From Section Description (Bt-24-Procedure): 3. The Type, Quantity And Value Of Plants – Flowers, Roses, Bushes, Trees, Are Not Included In The Offered Unit Prices. The Same Will Be Assigned For Delivery And Planting To The Selected Contractor According To The Needs Of The Contracting Party For The Duration Of The Contract. For This Purpose, The Contracting Authority Will Send A Notification To The Contractor About The Type And Number Of Plants To Be Delivered And Planted. The Contractor Should Submit Three Offers For The Value Of The Plants Within 5 Working Days Of The Award. The Contracting Party Chooses The Lowest Offered Price, And Based On The Offer Approved By Him, The Contractor Should Purchase The Plants Assigned To Him For Delivery And Planting. The Value Of The Plants Is Invoiced By The Contractor To The Contracting Authority In The Monthly Invoice According To The Signed Bilateral Protocol For The Activities Performed Under The Contract. 4. The Type, Quantity And Value Of Mineral Fertilizers, Compost And Mulch, Preparations For Chemical Treatment Of Trees And Other Preparations, Which Should Be Used By The Contractor In The Performance Of His Assigned Activities, Are Not Included In The Offered Unit Prices. The Same Will Be Commissioned For Delivery And Installation To The Selected Contractor According To The Needs Of The Contractor And According To The Instructions Of Plant Protection For The Duration Of The Contract. For This Purpose, The Contracting Authority Will Send A Notification To The Contractor About The Type And Quantity Of The Necessary Mineral Fertilizers, Compost And Mulch, Preparations For Chemical Treatment Of Trees And Other Preparations That Should Be Used By The Contractor. The Contractor Should Submit Three Offers For Their Value Within 5 Working Days Of The Award. The Contracting Authority Chooses The Lowest Offered Price And, Based On The Offer Approved By Him, The Contractor Should Purchase The Same. The Value Of Mineral Fertilizers, Compost And Mulch, Preparations For Chemical Treatment Of Trees And Other Preparations To Be Used By The Contractor Shall Be Invoiced By The Contractor To The Contracting Authority In The Monthly Invoice According To The Signed Bilateral Protocol For The Activities Performed Under The Contract. The Client Has The Right To Provide The Contractor With Compost That Is His Property. 5. Period For Execution Of The Order The Period For Execution Of The Order Is 60 (Sixty) Months, Counted From The Date Of Registration Of The Contract In The Contract Register Of The Contracting Party.
