Dredgers – Purchase Of A Dredger To Maintain The Approach Tracks To Świnoujście And The Świnoujście-Szczecin Track.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of A Technical And Classification Design And The Delivery Of A Floating Unit - A Dredger, In Order To Implement The Task Titled: Purchase Of A Dredger To Maintain The Approach Tracks To Świnoujście And The Świnoujście-Szczecin Track. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Indicated In Annex No. 7 To The Swz And Is The Technical Description Provided By The Ordering Party. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Preparation Of A Technical And Classification Design Of The Supplies, B) Manufacturing, Equipment And Delivery Of The Supplies To The Port Of Świnoujście, C) Removal Of Defects And Faults In The Supplies. 4. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Consist Of The Following Stages (Phases): A) Phase I - Implementation And Execution (Based On The Description Of The Subject Of The Delivery) Of Technical Studies Regarding The Subject Of The Delivery (Drawings, Calculations, Descriptions, Summaries Of Technical Data Regarding Individual Parameters, Templates, Mock-Ups, Etc.), Including Details Of Devices And Installations, Equipment Elements Of The Subject Of Delivery, In Accordance With The Agreement. B) Phase Ii - Execution And Delivery Of The Subject Of The Delivery Together With All Documents Confirming The Possibility Of The Ordering Partys Unconditional Authorization To Use The Subject Of The Delivery In Accordance With Its Intended Use And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Resulting In Particular From The Description Of The Subject Of The Delivery, Together With Conducting Training For The Ordering Partys Staff In Accordance With The Agreement. C) Phase Iii - Removal Of Defects And Defects Of The Subject Of Delivery During The Warranty And Quality Guarantee Period In Accordance With The Agreement.
