At The Same Time, The System Must Also Allow Traditional Legacy Notams To Be Published In Icao Format Due To Backward Compatibility With Icao Standards - Legacy Notams Will Be Valid In Most Of The World Outside Of Europe (Where European Regulation Cp1 Requires The Implementation Of Digital Notam). The Dnotam System Should Also Include A Web Interface For Receiving Documents For The Issuance Of Dnotam. Due To The Need To Link Digital Notams With Static Data, The New System Must Also Include An Interface Enabling The Reception Of Static Data. Source Codes Are Not Required. The Subject Is Also The Provision Of Service Support For The System For A Period Of 7 Years.
