Framework Agreement, Total Consulting Within Construction And Construction, 2025 Dsb Offers A Nationwide Framework Agreement On Total Consulting, Which Aims To Cover Dsbs Needs For Total Consulting In Connection With The Implementation Of Construction And Construction Projects. The Basis Of The Agreement Is Abr18 With Dsbs Deviations And Additions As Well As The Performance Description For Construction And Landscaping (Ybl 18). Dsb Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Agreement For Total Consultancy In Connection With Construction And Facilities For Dsb Throughout The Country. The Tasks Are Primarily Within Buildings, Areas And Railway Engineering. Rail Safety Must Be Taken Into Account In All Projects. 1. Buildings The Consultant Must Solve Tasks Within The Renovation And Conversion Of Mainly Older Station Buildings And Workshop Buildings, But Also Newer Buildings And The Construction Of Buildings For Use By Railway Operations. The Existing Building Stock Includes Buildings Worthy Of Preservation And Listed. A Large Part Of The Building Stock Is No Longer In Use For Railway Purposes And Must Be Rebuilt, Transformed, Sold Or Demolished Depending On The Buildings Potential. The Consultant Must Deliver Services Within The Entire Service Description, Including - Design Services - Construction Management - Authority Processing, Including The Danish Palaces And Culture Agency - Working Environment Coordination - Services Within Indoor Climate And Environment - Services Which Include Certified Consultants Within Fire, Statics, Energy And Stakeholder Management 2. Areas At The Stations Collaborate Dsb Often Works With Municipalities, Bdk And Transport Companies On The Layout Of Aprons, Traffic Terminals And Facilities Such As Bicycle Parking And Car Parking. The Consultant Must Solve Tasks Within The Layout Of Spaces, Access Roads And Traffic Terminals, Including Stairwells, Footbridges, Platform Adaptation And Technical Installations. The Consultant Must Deliver Services Within The Entire Service Description, Including - Design Services - Construction Management - Stakeholder Management - Authority Treatment, Including Environmental Conditions - Accessibility 3.
