• The Implementation Of A New Ventilation Network For The Heated Volume Only (Front Building And Dojo). • The Implementation Of A Double Flow Unit (System D) And The Ducting Network Which Will Distribute The Ventilation Pipes. • A Small Independent Double-Flow Residential Vmc Unit Will Be Installed For The Concierges Accommodation (Residential Part) And An Outdoor Air Treatment Unit Will Be Installed For The Rest Of The Sports Hall. • The Installation Of Manual Regulation Via A Speed Selector To Regulate The Concierges Accommodation • The Installation Of Centralized (Automated) Regulation Which Will Be Installed In The Boiler Room To Ensure Regulation Of The Sports Hall. • Carrying Out Some Minimal Sanitary Work • The Supply Pipes Of The Domestic Hot Water (Dhw) Network Will Be Insulated In Order To Minimize The Energy Impact Of The Dhw As Much As Possible. • For Heating, The Project Provides For The Installation Of An Energy Meter At The Flow/Return Level Of The 2 Boilers. • Carrying Out Work To Bring The Existing Electrical Installation Into Compliance. • Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels. • The Placement Of New Led Lighting Fixtures. • The Installation Of Passage Meters To Record Electricity And Heating Consumption. Each Contract Remains Responsible For Its Site Installation, Its Security Measures, Its Water/Electricity Supply, Etc. The Successful Bidder For This “Energy Renovation” Contract Will Integrate And Coordinate The Planning Of The “Special Techniques” Works Contract Which Was Awarded In Another Works Contract. Coordination Is The Subject Of A Specific Item In The Quantity Survey.
