Delivery The Scope Of This Tender Consists Of The Delivery Or Replacement Of The Existing Wifi And Network Environment Per Location. The Tenderer Is Responsible For Designing, Supplying/Replacing, Installing, Configuring, Testing And Delivering The Wifi And Network Environment Ready For Use, Consisting Of: • Access Points; • Wlan Controllers; • Access Switches; • Authentication And Security: O Network Access Control. • Management And Monitoring Tool. Services For The Maintenance Of The Wifi And Network Environment, The Tenderer Is Responsible For Providing Services Regarding: • Recalibration Of The Vlan Plan; • Third-Line Management Of The Wifi And Network Environment; • Maintenance; • Training And Education Of Administrators. Purpose And Duration Through This Tender, The Contracting Authority Aims To Select And Contract One (1) Tenderer For The Supply And Service Of The Wifi And Network Environments For An Initial Period Of Five (5) Years. The Contracting Authority Has A Unilateral, Optional Extension Option Of Three (3) Times One (1) Year. Motivation For Duration The Contracting Authority Uses A Longer Duration For The Framework Agreement Than The Prescribed Period In Article 2.140 Paragraph 3 Of The Public Procurement Act And Justifies This As Follows: Wi-Fi And Network Environments Are Used On Average For Between Six (6) And Seven (7) Years Before They Are Technically Written Off. The Hardware That Is Part Of A Wifi And Network Environment Is Usually Economically Depreciated Within Five (5) Years. For Reasons Of Efficiency, The Contracting Authority Wishes To Be Able To Use The Offered Wi-Fi And Network Environment, Including Support, For At Least Six (6) To Seven (7) Days And Therefore Adjusts The Term Of The Agreement Accordingly. Scope This Contract Is Not Subdivided Into Lots. Subscribing For Part Of The Assignment Is Not Permitted And Will Lead To Exclusion From Further Participation In The Tender Procedure. The Current Assignment In This Tender Represents A Historical And Indicative Assignment Value Of Approximately € 550,000.00 Excluding Vat Based On Five (5) Years. This Is Based On The Deliveries, One-Off And Annual Costs Of Management, Support And Maintenance. Please Note: The Order Value Is Indicative And Is Estimated At €550,000.00 Excluding Vat Based On A Term Of Five (5) Years. There Is A Margin Of Uncertainty With Regard To The Locations And Purchases Under The Agreement, Which Cannot Be Quantified In Advance. For This Reason, The Agreement Is Concluded For A Maximum Order Value Of € 1,100,000.00 Excluding Vat. If The Maximum Order Value Is Exceeded, The Agreement Will End And It Will Be Put Out To Tender Again. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Above Amounts, Which Means That It Cannot Be Stated With Certainty That The Estimated And/Or Maximum Order Value Will Actually Be Purchased During The Term Of The Agreement.
